The Governance Committee oversees board development, training, and procedure. This committee meets bi-monthly and as needed.

The FC provides financial oversight for the organization, including oversight of budgeting and financial planning, financial reporting, and the creation and monitoring of internal controls and accountability policies. This committee meets monthly.

The FDC works in concert with staff to generate adequate financial and in-kind resources to support CHWC’s work, including the development and support of an annual fund development plan, donor cultivation, and event planning and administration. This committee meets bimonthly.

The NEC oversees and supports CHWC’s Community Building & Engagement Programs. This committee meets monthly.

The PDC oversees and supports CHWC’s Housing and Economic Development programs, including Real Estate Development, Construction Management, and Asset and Property Management functions. This committee meets monthly.
